About
Jake Grieco comes from a lineage of design and build professionals. He has vast experience and expertise in residential construction, project management, balanced design elements, and building science principles. Raised in Southern VT, Jake was introduced to the trades by his builder father and architect grandfather. He later spent 2010-2022 in Portland Oregon as a contractor, and now lives back home in Vermont with his wife and daughter.
In addition to client work, Jake has recently completed extensive renovations on three historic buildings he bought with family in beautiful Saxtons River VT.
